When you submit the founding partner inquiry form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email, phone, city and state, the type of partnership you're interested in, your background, preferred launch region, availability, whether you're willing to sign a confidentiality agreement, and any optional answers about investment capacity, operating experience, or kitchen space.

How we use it

We use your information to review your inquiry, contact you about next steps, send a confirmation email, and arrange any confidentiality agreement. Only approved Halo reviewers can view submitted inquiries.

Service providers

Your inquiry is stored with our website hosting and database provider, and confirmation and notification emails are sent through our email delivery provider. These providers process the information to operate the site on our behalf.

Confidentiality

Your initial inquiry is not covered by a confidentiality agreement. Please do not include bank details, proof of funds, or other sensitive financial information.

Retention

We keep inquiries while we evaluate partners for Halo. You may ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
