Help Build Halo. Start with Three Kitchens.

01 / The opportunity

Bring the Capital. Lead the Execution. Build Together.

Halo brings a developed brand, custom packaging inventory, a focused menu concept, and years of sushi business experience. The right partner brings the resources to fund an agreed launch plan and the ability to build teams, manage operations, and turn the concept into a business.

We are seeking one person who can combine funding with hands-on operating leadership. Sushi chef experience is helpful, but the ability to hire, lead, and build a business matters most.

Focused production model

A compact workflow designed around a limited daily release.

Sized to operate within suitable existing commercial kitchens.

02 / The founder

Built on Experience Since 2008.

The founder began in retail sushi in 2008, expanded into supermarket concessions and multiple brands, and grew a previous operation to more than 18 locations at one point. After leaving the industry following COVID, he developed Halo.

The Halo standard

Thoughtfully Designed. Inside and Out.

Distinctive Halo branding, organized compartments, and an illustrated guide inside the lid bring the packaging vision to life.

The existing packaging inventory consists of the branded Halo boxes and bags already on hand. The inserts and illustrated lid shown above are part of the concept design.

03 / The pilot

Three Kitchens. One Regional Launch.

Our proposed pilot is to establish three compact Halo kitchen operations within a carefully selected region over approximately nine months. Each kitchen would target a limited daily release of around 100 sushi boxes, prepared to order for delivery and pickup.

Launch timing and production targets depend on kitchen readiness, staffing, demonstrated demand, and financial performance.

Ownership and growth

A Partnership in Halo's Future.

The intention is to build a founding partnership in the Halo parent business, beginning with the pilot kitchens and participating in the company's future growth.
